After finishing school, I jumped right into the workforce at a JCB dealership, balancing my job with my studies and proudly earning my Level 3 Extended Diploma in Land Based Engineering from Reaseheath College.

 

I then spent an exciting three years with a New Holland dealership, sharpening my skills and gaining invaluable experience. With newfound confidence and expertise, I took the leap to launch my own business venture—L Witcomb Agriculture.
